- Lead the end-to-end ML lifecycle from feature engineering to production deployment with MLflow.
- Design high-throughput recommendation systems and fraud detection classifiers.
- Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with product managers on ML roadmaps.
- Scale data processing pipelines using PySpark and cloud data warehouses.

- 5+ years of production experience in machine learning and predictive modeling.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models in high-load distributed environments.
- Expert in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, SQL, and distributed data systems.
